Covid 19

We are implementing necessary measures due to the spread of Covid, this will take effect until at least Nov 30th and they can be extended if the state and federal health authorities recommend it.

Clients

Each passenger’s temperature will be taken before boarding the vehicle.

Face masks will be mandatory in public tours and optional in private tours. Face masks will be available for sale if needed.

If the client wishes to change lunch for a box lunch (where applicable), these will be available with 24 hour advance notice from the client.

All mouthpieces will be properly sanitized before use. If the client prefers to bring their own mouthpiece, or wishes to purchase one from the company, accommodations can be made.

We will reduce the capacity to 50% of clients and promote private tours to have a healthy distance. Morning tours are recommended.

Frequently wash hands with soap and water, or use the 70% alcohol gel hand sanitizing solution provided, use proper respiratory hygiene: cover nose and mouth with a disposable tissue when coughing or sneezing, keep a safe distance from other people (at least 1.5 meters) whenever possible is expected.

High Tide Tourism Guides

Each guide’s temperature will be taken before assigning a tour.

Face masks will be mandatory tours.

The tour guide must inform clients of safety measures to be followed during the tour; as well as restrictions, limitations or modifications to the established itinerary in order to prevent health risks.

The Tour Guide will be the only person permitted to open and close any doors.

The units will be cleaned and disinfected daily with a chlorine solution (steering wheel, seats and any surfaces that come into contact with passengers), before and after boarding passengers.
